 दिसम्बर माह में ई मित्र प्लस मशीन पर उपस्थिति दर्ज करने पर समस्या आ रही है " You Are Not Authenticate Person To Mark Attendance"  तो आप भी करे यह उपाय  

सबसे पहले कण्ट्रोल पेनल में जाकर secugen सॉफ्टवेर को हटाये हटाने के लिए - Control Panel - Program and Features - Uninstall Secugen 

Uninstall करने के उपरांत गूगल क्रोम में जाए सबसे पहले 1 . दाये कार्नर में 3 डॉट पर क्लिक करे 2. More Tools पर क्लिक करे 3. Clear Browsing Data पर क्लिक करे 

और इसके आगे दिए गए चित्र के अनुसार गूगल क्रोम में क्लियर डाटा कर लेवे 

अब secugen का नया सॉफ्टवेर दिए गए लिंक से डाउनलोड कर इनस्टॉल करे लेवे और एक बार कंप्यूटर को रीस्टार्ट कर लेवे अब आप ई मित्र प्लस मशीन में अटेंडेंस / उपस्थिति कर पाएंगे

ई मित्र प्लस मशीन में समस्या है तो शिकायत कैसे दर्ज करे ???

ई मित्र प्लस मशीन में किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या आने पर शिकायत दर्ज करे -

शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए इ मित्र धारक के पास ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करने का विकल्प है -

१. सबसे पहले अपनी SSO ID पर लोग इन करे 

२. इ मित्र खोले 

३. Register a Complaint पर क्लिक करे 

इसके बाद आपके सामने के नया टैब खुलेगा 

4. यहाँ पर New Ticket में इ मित्र प्लस का विकल्प चुने और विकल्प खुलने पर नेक्स्ट पर क्लिक करे 

5. अब इसके बाद केटेगरी और सब केटेगरी का चयन करे  ( यहाँ आपको मूल परेशानी वाली केटेगरी का चयन करना है परेशानी १ से अधिक हो तो Any Other का चयन करे 

6. Subject में मूल परेशानी का नाम लिखे और 

7. Detailed issued  - यहाँ पर इ मित्र प्लस मशीन में आ रही दिक्कत के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी डाले 

८- Upload - यदि मशीन जली है या कोई फोटो आपने किसी परेशानी की ली है तो वो भी अपलोड करे 

9. Submit Ticket - शिकायत संख्या नोट करे -

शिकायत पर 7 दिवस के भीतर कार्यवाही नही होने पर ब्लॉक पर प्रोग्रामर को इस सम्बन्ध में सुचना देवे ताकि परेशानी का समय पर निदान करवाया जा सके

(Auto Deployment on Rajnet) 

In this version of Emitra+ software , We are providing mechanism of auto-deployment of the software for the upcoming versions only on Rajnet.

Please follow these :-

1. Find a ""Autodeploy.bat"" file in the downloaded folder of the Emitra+ software .

2. Right click on the  "Autodeploy.bat" file and click run as administrator.

3. Done.

Kindly check for the latest version of LastMilePay application(Version:- LastMilePay_LIVE_V1.3.0.4) present in your kiosk machine.If not ,then Please Uninstall "LastMilePay" application present in the machine by following these steps:-

Go to Control Panel then >>> Program and Features >>>> then find LastMilePay application >> Then Right click on LastMilePay and uninstall it. RESTART THE SYSTEM.

step1.  Disable Quick Heal Internet Security Antivirus 

step2.  Open Control Panel -> Programs and Features

step3. Find And Uninstall SecuGen RD Service version 1.00.00.25/27 AndRestart System

  

step4. Now find the  RD_Service_Build32.rar in downloaded folder of Emitra software.(Attached in downloaded folder from the given link of 3.1 version of Emitra)

step5.  Right Click on RD_Service_Build32_With_BatchFile.rar and Extract

step6. Open Folder and Only Run HTTP_Batch File. And Click on Yes Option

(Do Not RunSGIRD_WIN32_10032) Directly.

Step7. After Installation SecuGen RD Service Client Will appear in task bar 

Step8. Click on Secugen RD service client On Task Bar and wait till RD service get Ready

(Make Sure Secugen Fingerprint Device Is Connected With PC)

Step7. After Installation SecuGen RD Service Client Will appear in task bar

Step8. Click on Secugen RD service client On Task Bar and wait till RD service get Ready
(Make Sure Secugen Fingerprint Device Is Connected With PC)


INSTALLATION OF EMITRA SOFTWARE

                                      Case (1):- If you have already installed the software on the kiosk machine then please follow below steps:-

Step 2:-A google drive window will appear with download button. Click on "download".

Step 3:-A new tab will open with (download anyway).Click on "download anyway".

Step 4:-Let it download successfully.

Step 5:- You will have "KioskUpdateSetupv3.2.rar" in your "Downloads".

Step 6:-Right click on the "KioskUpdateSetup v3.2.rar"  and choose extract to "KioskUpdateSetup v3.2.rar\ option" and setup will be extracted in the 

"KioskUpdateSetup v3.2 " folder in                 'Downloads'

Step 7:- Go in "KioskUpdateSetup v3.2 .rar"-->click on "ServerUpdate.bat" file.(A cmd will run and close automatically after few seconds.)

Step 8:- Please Install " LastMilePay" application in the downloaded folder manually for getting Bio-metric services easily. 

         You are done with  the Software Updation process.



                                             Case (2):- If you dont have the Kiosk Software yet.Then please follow these steps:-

E-Mitra Plus Version 3.0 का अपडेट हुआ लॉंच | अपडेट वर्शन को इन्स्टाल करने के लिए नीचे दिये डाउनलोड लिंक से डाउनलोड करे

सॉफ्टवेर डाउनलोड करने के पश्चात Download फोंल्डर मे जाकर  KioskUpdateSetup v3.0.rar पर राईट क्लिक करके Extract To KioskUpdateSetup v3.0.rar पर क्लिक करे थोड़ी देर बाद निचे KioskUpdateSetup v3.0 के नाम से फोल्डर बन जायेगा

१. सबसे पहले अपने emitra Plus मशीन पर कण्ट्रोल पन्नेल खोल के -> प्रोग्राम्स (Uninstall a Program)-> पर जाकर LastMilePay सॉफ्टवेर कंप्यूटर से uninstall करना है |

२. अब आपने जिस फोल्डर में KioskUpdateSetup v3.0.rar extract किया था वहा पर जाकर फोल्डर खोले -> ServerUpdate.bat फाइल को डबल क्लिक करके रन करे

३. अब फोल्डर में बेक जाकर LastMilePay सॉफ्टवेर इनस्टॉल करना है

डेस्कटॉप पर आइकॉन के द्वारा सॉफ्टवेर खोला जा सकता है | अब आप सॉफ्टवेर काम में ले सकते है |

इ मित्र प्लस वर्शन 2.3 लॉन्च - Download करे - जानिये विशेस्ताये

निम्न चरणों को पूरा करे यदि मशीन में पहले से इ मित्र प्लस का सेटअप का इनस्टॉल  है तो उसे अपडेट करे - अपडेट करने के लिए

New functionalities in Emitra+ Version (Ver2.3)

v  In Ver 2.3, consumers can use the Aadhaar Pay (powered by DigitSecure) Payment mode i.e Payment mode using Fingerprint Scanner. But for that Emitra+ kiosk operators have to install LastMilePay Application that have been shared with you.

Note :- Emitra+ kiosk operators having Econnect machines will have to contact Chirag [Mob no 8005901511] to get an additional application “SGIRD_WIN32_10027.exe” installed on their machines to use Aadhaar Pay (powered by DigitSecure) Payment mode i.e Payment mode using Fingerprint Scanner.

v  “View Grievance Status” service has been added.

v  Ver2.3 will also check whether the updated version is installed on the machine or not. If it is not the updated version then it will not allow you to enter the application. Instead it will give you a button “Read Guidelines” that when clicked, will give instructions to update the latest version.

v  In “Bhamashah Mobile Editing Service”, mobile OTP authentication issue has been resolved.

v  Now cash receipt will be generated In Printing Certificate Service.

v  Some changes in UI have been made for convenience and easy understanding of user.

v  Issue in fetching land record details has been resolved.

v  Issue in fetching BSNL details has been resolved.

v  Emitra+ application can now be used on network other than RAJNET.

ई मित्र प्लस सॉफ्टवेयर इनस्टॉल करना

सॉफ्टवेयर इनस्टॉल करने के लिए सबसे पहले - सॉफ्टवेयर यहाँ से डाउनलोड करे -
१- सॉफ्टवेयर ज़िप फाइल में है मशीन में पहले से ही विनरार नाम से सॉफ्टवेयर है जिसके द्वारा सॉफ्टवेयर को खोलकर अनज़िप करना है

ऊपर दिए गए चित्र के अनुसार Extract Files..... पर क्लिक करे



ऊपर दिए गए चित्र के अनुसार कंप्यूटर की D ड्राइव को सेलेक्ट कर ओके पर क्लिक करे



सभी फाइल्स एक्सट्रेक्ट होने के बाद kiosk.bat फाइल को खोले / रन करे | ये प्रोसेस करने पर मशीन के डेस्कटॉप पर ई मित्र प्लस का एक आइकॉन नज़र  आएगा उसे खोलिए |

इसके बाद आपको  लोग इन करना है और मशीन के सीरियल नो ( उदाहरण - k0101535) डालने है  और विभाग की सेवाओ का   लाभ लेने के लिए |
