श्रम पंजीयन कहा से करवाए

जानिए श्रम विभाग में श्रम पंजीयन कैसे करवाएं :-

1.   ऑनलाईन पंजीयन की सुविधा :-  सभी ई-मित्र केन्दो पर ऑनलाईन श्रम पंजीयन की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। ई-मित्र केन्द्र पर पंजीयन करवाने का शुल्क 30 रूपए निर्धारित है।

2. पंजीयन अधिकारी :-

2.1 श्रम विभाग के अधिकारी व निरीक्षक :- जिला स्तर पद स्थापित श्रम विभाग के अधिकारी व रिको एरिया से जुडे श्रम विभाग के निरीक्षक

2.2 विकास अधिकारी :- प्रत्येक पंचायत समिति स्तर पर विकास अधिकारी कार्यरत है। विकास अधिकारी पंचायत समिति क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत आने वाले निर्माण श्रमिकों के पंजीयन के लिए उत्तरदायी अधिकारी है।

2.3 पंचायत सचिव/ग्राम सेवक :- प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत पर एक ग्राम सेवक कार्यरत है जो पंचायत सचिव की भूमिका भी निभाता है। जो पंचायत क्षेत्र के निर्माण श्रमिकों के पंजीयन के लिए उत्तरदायी अधिकारी है।

2.4 सा.नि.वि./जन स्वा.अभि.वि./जल संसाधन विभाग के सहायक अभियंता :- विभागीय कार्यो जैसे पम्प ऑपरेटर/फिटर/सडक या पाईप मरम्मत कार्य में लगे आदि श्रमिकों का पंजीयन।

·         ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को नजदीकी ग्राम पंचायत में जाकर विभाग की योजनाओं की जानकारी ले सकतें है या नजदीकी इमित्र केंद्र पर संपर्क करे 

·         शहरी क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को जिला मुखयालय पर स्थित श्रम पंजीयन कार्यालय से पंजीयन करवाया जाता है। वर्तमान में यह सुविधा ई-मित्र पर उपलब्ध होने से पंजीयन करवाने के लिए आप नजदीकी ई-मित्र केन्द्र पर सम्पर्क करें।

पंजीयन पात्रता :- वह व्यक्ति जिसने पिछले 12 माह में कम से कम 90 दिन निर्माण श्रमिक के रूप में कार्य किया हो तथा जिसकी आयु 18 वर्ष से 60 वर्ष के मध्य हो श्रम पंजीयन करवाने का पात्र है।
आवश्यक दस्तावेज

   1-  निर्माण श्रमिक होने का नियोजक या ठेकेदार का प्रमाण पत्र अथवा ऐसा प्रमाण पत्र जिससे निर्माण श्रमिक प्रमाणित होता हो और यह प्रमाण पत्र ग्राम सेवक, श्रम निरीक्षक द्वारा स्तर से जारी किया जा सकता l

   2-  पासपोर्ट साईज के तीन फोटो

   3-  आयु का प्रमाण पत्र :- मतदाता पहचान पत्र/ आधार कार्ड/ ड्राईविंग लाईसेंस / राशन कार्ड/ जन्म पंजीयन का रिकार्ड/ उपरोक्त नहीं होने की स्थिति में सरकारी चिकित्सक द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र।

   4-  भामाशाह कार्ड

1- Contact Block Programmer and Inform him about the issue.

2- If Problem not resolved within 24hrs File a complaint online.

 Step 10 Click on Conference Room Login to Join The Video Conference
 Nick Name -  For Example You Can use Block_GP it Means Nawa_Govindi. Room No. This is provided by your Block.

 Step 11 Before You Join Conference Room you may need to configure Server Address : Server Address for Rajnet/RSWAN Users is : 10.68.7.196 and For Other Internet Users(Like Vodafone, Airtel or Broadband Service Users) 164.100.222.19 After Configuring You can go back to step 10.

Note :- For Local / Block Level VC's Organized Can Only be connected through 10.70.80.198 Server Address, and this Server Address Work Only On RSWAN and Rajnet Other Users can't Join this VC Session.
