उत्तर - ये एक ज़िप फाइल है इसे खोले के लिए आपके विनरार या अन्य कोई ज़िप यूटिलिटी जो रार फाइल को ओपन कर सके उसका प्रयोग करना होगा l
Ans - This File Extension is .rar You need to use zip utility such as Winrar or 7zip to extract and use the content/software.

उत्तर - उपयोग करने के लिए सबसे पहले आपको नेटवर्क पर क्लिक करके सर्वर एड्रेस कॉन्फ़िगर करना होगा?
Ans - It's for Meeting Purpose, Whenever a meeting proposed you or any can use it. But before using it you need to configure server address for a specific meeting.
ये सर्वर एड्रेस क्या है ?
What is a server address?
उत्तर - सर्वर एड्रेस अलग अलग वीसी के लिए अलग अलग है - जैसे जिले के वीसी रूम से जुड़ने के लिए आपको 103.203.136.175(प्राइवेट यूजर जैसे - वोडाफ़ोन, एयरटेल, बीएसएनएल, जिओ, ब्रॉडबैंड )
Ans - People Link Software uses different type of servers for different type of meeting so you need to use server address as specified for that VC Session. Examples are - 103.203.136.175 is a server address for Private Internet Users Like - Airtel, Vodafone, JIO etc. for State Level or District Level Video Conference. As well 10.68.7,196 server address is used by RSWAN and Rajnet users to Join State Level or District Level Conference. For Specific Nawa Block or Nagaur District Blocks Video Conference you need to use 10.70.80.198 as server address to Join VC.

उत्तर - जब विभाग द्वारा आपको वीसी में जुड़ने के लिए सूचित किया जाए l

रूम नो क्या है ?
What is room no.?
उत्तर - जैसे हर बैठक के लिए कोई ना कोई स्थान निश्चित होता है वैसे ही ऑनलाइन वीसी स्थापित करने हेतु भी रूम का चयन किया जाता है जैसे नागौर जिले का वीसी रूम नो. 10025 है और नावा ब्लाक का वीसी रूम नो 10010 है l
Ans - Room no is a Place where all related meeting members will connect. Different rooms are available for different users / access level or as for specific Conference. Example- Nawa Block VC Room is 10010 or Nagaur District VC Room is no. is 10025
Nick Name - ये क्या है ?

उत्तर - ये नाम ये बताता है की आप कौन है और कहा से जुड़े उदहारण - Nawa-Maroth-Ravi यहाँ nawa पंचायत समिति है , मारोठ ग्राम पंचायत का नाम है और रवि इ मित्र धारक का नाम है |
Ans - this indicates who you are? Means the name represents you for example - You wrote your Nick Name as - Nawa-Maroth-Ravi than - Nawa is Panchayat Samiti Location as well Maroth is Gram Panchayat Location so as Ravi is E-Mitra Owner Name - This purely indicates that Ravi is From Maroth GP and Nawa Panchayat Samiti Area.

उत्तर - ये विभाग द्वारा आपको को बताया जाता है l जैसे नावा ब्लाक का वीसी रूम का पासवर्ड NAAWA है l प्रत्येक रूम का एक अलग पासवर्ड होता है l
Ans - When you try to login in to any room you need access that is the room password, In case of Nawa Block VC Room, VC Room Password is "NAAWA". Every room has a password that could be different from other room.

Download VC Software. To Download The Software Click Here
Step 1 After Downloading The Software
Open The Software from Downloaded Location
Step 2 : Click on Next to Begin Installation
Step 3 : Click On Next to Accept the Agreement
Step 4 : Click On Next to Install the Software in the current directory
Step 5 : Click On Next to Install the Software in the Start menu location
Step 6 : Click On Next to Choose The Location of Shortcuts to be placed
Step 7 : Click On Install to Install the Software
Step 7*(This Step May Occur If many software's are running in the background) : Click On Next to Install the Software. Here You can Choose to close them or not to close them.
Installation Progress
Step 8 Click on Finish to Start the Software Immediately
Step 9 Choose Your User Name and Password
For Example You Can use Block_GP it Means Nawa_Govindi . Password as per your desire
Step 10 Click on Conference Room Login to Join The Video Conference
Nick Name - For Example You Can use Block_GP it Means Nawa_Govindi. Room No. This is provided by your Block.
Step 11 Before You Join Conference Room you may need to configure Server Address : Server Address for Rajnet/RSWAN Users is : 10.68.7.196 and For Other Internet Users(Like Vodafone, Airtel or Broadband Service Users) 164.100.222.19 After Configuring You can go back to step 10.
Note :- For Local / Block Level VC's Organized Can Only be connected through 10.70.80.198 Server Address, and this Server Address Work Only On RSWAN and Rajnet Other Users can't Join this VC Session.
